SIC ColombiaPedal Point provides bicycle inspection, servicing, and repair work subject to intake and mechanical review. Any scope of work is based on the bicycle and component condition observed at inspection, and no final price or completion date is confirmed before that review.
WIPOCharges are determined by the work approved and the condition of the bicycle and parts. Where a deposit is requested for larger work, it may be applied to the approved service, and payment may be accepted by card, bank transfer, or cash on collection, as available.
Estimates, turnaround expectations, and parts sourcing depend on compatibility, workshop workload, and supplier availability. Pedal Point does not guarantee exact replacement parts, brands, colors, or completion timing until those matters are confirmed.

Services are provided with reasonable care, but no bicycle can be made completely safe, failure-proof, or suitable for every riding condition. Pedal Point is not responsible for pre-existing defects, normal wear, misuse, or issues outside the work approved.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Colombia, and any dispute should be raised first by contacting Pedal Point in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts or authorities in the relevant jurisdiction.
Pedal Point may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this website. Questions about these terms or a service request may be directed through the contact details shown on the site.
